We’re Jade & Jonna, two friends, collaborators, storytellers, women, and believers in doing things differently.
After years of working in media, nonprofits, and community projects, we kept seeing the same pattern: people craving connection but drowning in logistics. Weddings were getting bigger, more complicated, and more expensive, while the heart of the moment was getting lost.
So we built The Vow Room, a place for couples who want the beauty of a wedding without the overwhelm. Every inch of our downtown Spokane studio was designed with intention, soft light, sweet chandeliers, seasonal décor, and enough space for the people who matter most.
Together, we bring decades of experience in storytelling, design, and event creation. Jonna specializes in marketing, creative direction, and building community connections. Jade has a long background in production management, customer success, nonprofit fundraising, and event hosting. We’ve both planned, produced, and officiated countless meaningful events, and as registered officiants, we bring that same sense of care and presence to every ceremony at The Vow Room.

💒 About the Space
When we first walked into what’s now The Vow Room, it was anything but romantic. The ceilings were water-damaged, the floors were rough, the air smelled like warehouse dust, and spiderwebs stretched across every corner.
We fell in love with the tall ceilings, the big street-facing windows, and the perfect little nook that would become our altar space. There was just enough room for a cozy get-ready suite, a small gathering of guests, and the kind of ceremony that feels like a secret shared between people who truly love each other.
Located in one of downtown Spokane’s historic preservation buildings, The Vow Room sits on a block we adore, surrounded by other small businesses, artists, and dreamers who are shaping this city’s future. We wanted to be part of that story.
Today, the space is a reflection of that transformation, a once dusty and forgotten warehouse, now filled with soft light, chandeliers, and seasonal décor. A place where big love finally fits in small spaces.
